Description:What You’ll Be DoingAs a Retail Branch Manager at Bank Iowa, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our West Des Moines location. A Retail Branch Manager supervises our retail staff, provides superior client service, promotes bank services in the community to current and prospective clients, lead business development goals and objectives, and promotes the bank’s community involvement activities. They are also responsible for the development and growth of the retail branch’s key drivers to include growth of branch deposits, loans, net income, operating budget, and development of team members.
