We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse communities, including affordable, conventional, and student housing. Your Responsibilities as a Wendover Regional Operations ManagerTeam Leadership<ul><li>Recruit, lead, and retain service-driven, results-oriented community teams </li><li>Deliver frequent coaching, feedback, and mentorship that drives growth, performance and value </li><li>Conduct consistent performance feedback with clarity, fairness, and alignment to Wendover's culture </li><li>Foster a shared responsibility environment where diverse voices and collaboration thrive </li></ul>Financial & Business Management<ul><li>Drive full financial performance of your portfolio </li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes </li><li>Monitor financial results, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving strategies </li><li>Champion operational efficiencies and process improvements across communities </li></ul>Property & Asset Oversight<ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to company standards </li><li>Oversee maintenance, make-ready, preventative maintenance and capital programs </li><li>Ensure forward-looking occupancy, leasing, and turnover strategies are in place and executed upon </li><li>Audit lease files, vendor contracts, and compliance documents regularly </li></ul>Resident Experience & Service Excellence<ul><li>Ensure outstanding customer service to residents, vendors, investors, and partners </li><li>Support timely responses to resident requests and oversee resolution of service issues </li><li>Champion community-wide programs and events that reflect Wendover's mission </li></ul>Compliance, Safety & Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with all safety, regulatory, and Fair Housing requirements </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, inspection readiness, and risk mitigation protocols </li><li>Uphold zero lost-time accident standards and model safety-first leadership </li><li>Solid experience in Affordable Tax Credit who can confidently review work and share their knowledge through training </li></ul>Compensation includes competitive base pay and quarterly performance-based bonuses! RequirementsWhat You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred </li><li>Property management designation strongly preferred (CAM, CAPS, or CPM) </li><li>Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience in property management </li><li>Strong LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) knowledge required </li><li>Proven ability to manage budgets, occupancy, compliance, and vendor relationships </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, property management software, and social media platforms </li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, professional presence </li><li>Highly organized with strong time management abilities </li><li>A service-first mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments </li><li>A strong sense of pride in your work and a heart for service </li><li>A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset toward compliance, safety and presentation </li><li>Promote a collaborative culture rooted in purpose, care and opportunity </li></ul>We rise together” isn't just something we say—it's how we work.
