Collaborate closely with the Head of NAM Field Services and Fulfillment, and Director of Field Services NAM to align inventory, repair, and deployment strategies while partnering with Engineering, Asset Performance, Supply Chain, and Technical Support teams to continually improve equipment reliability, service recovery, and operational continuity. The Senior Manager provides leadership for regional inventory and repair operations, including asset lifecycle management, vendor management, KPI oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as the primary escalation point for significant operational and customer issues.
