In this experienced individual contributor role, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, system monitoring, incident response, and vendor oversight for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Building Management System, and other critical infrastructure systems. Operate and maintain the Building Management System, including responding to alerts, modifying set points, supporting administrator functions, rotating the chiller plant, completing database backups, and troubleshooting system issues.
