Performs facility maintenance and repair tasks-initiated through the online work order system-including HVAC systems (air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation), plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting, as needed; maintains a basic working knowledge of lift station operations to respond appropriately to issues and coordinate external repairs when necessary. Oversees, coordinates, and provides leadership to external contractors performing maintenance, repair, and other facility-related services, and regularly communicates progress and project updates to the Executive Director of Facilities.
