Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Confer with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.</li><li>Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.</li><li>Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer</li><li>Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc</li><li>Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Primary Job Duties:
<ul><li>Determine work scope and the service vendor to be utilized to repair all parts removed from SkyWest aircraft</li><li style="color:#333333">Determine warranty eligibility on aircraft parts to give the best value to SkyWest</li><li>Evaluate repair quotes to confirm vendor repaired parts as required per SkyWest and FAA standards, and ensure cost, quality, and deadlines are met</li><li>Review and negotiate warranty claims and ensure all parameters are met for warranty reimbursements</li><li>Collect bids, and purchase high-dollar aircraft parts</li><li>Communicate effectively with SkyWest personnel, vendors, and part brokers</li></ul>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>18 years of age or older</li><li>Have a High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship</li><li>Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Work independently and as an integral part of a team</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks as directed to meet deadlines</li></ul>

Physical and Other Requirements:
<ul><li>This position is full- time, in-office at our headquarters in St. George, Utah.
