Primary Job Duties:
<ul><li>Determine work scope, warranty terms, and service vendor to be utilized to repair all parts removed off SkyWest aircraft</li><li style="color:#333333">Work directly with OEM and third-party vendors to collect warranty on aircraft, parts, and labor to give the best value to SkyWest</li><li>Evaluate repair quotes to confirm vendor repaired parts as required per SkyWest and FAA standards, and ensure cost, quality, and deadlines are met</li><li>Review and negotiate warranty claims and ensure all parameters are met for warranty reimbursements</li><li>Communicate effectively with SkyWest personnel, vendors, and part brokers</li></ul>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>18 years of age or older</li><li>Have a High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship</li><li>Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Work independently and as an integral part of a team</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks as directed to meet deadlines</li></ul>

Physical and Other Requirements:
<ul><li>This position is full- time, in-office at our headquarters in St. George, Utah. There are no remote opportunities available</li><li>Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group setting)</li><li>Sitting for extended periods in front of a computer and on the phone</li><li>The starting pay is $17.50/hr., with the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00/hr. after full training.</li><li>This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position</li></ul>To be considered, please complete the online application.
