Ability to work at heights on both Ladders and Lifts· Proficiency with caulking tools: caulk guns, backer rods, putty knives and finishing tools· Ability to lift 50+ lbs· Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind)· Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team· Valid Driver’s License· Must pass Drug Screen and Background Check. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience using Bulk/Sausage Guns and Spatulas installing and properly tooling Silicone and/or Urethane on Glass to Frame Joints, Expansion Joints and Wall to Deck joints.·
