<h2>Waterproofer</h2><h2>(No Recruiters)</h2><h2><br/></h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Eugene, OR<br/></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, W-2<br/></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience<br/></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 4 day work weeks</p><h3><br/></h3><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Waterproofer to install and repair waterproofing systems on commercial construction projects. This role involves applying waterproofing materials, sealants, coatings, and air/vapor barrier systems while working closely with project teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.</p><h3><br/></h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Install waterproofing systems on new construction and restoration projects</li><li>Apply waterproofing materials using spray, brush, roller, or trowel methods</li><li>Install joint sealants for expansion, contraction, and control joints</li><li>Work with silicone, urethane, and acrylic-based sealants</li><li>Inspect surfaces and identify substrate defects or waterproofing deficiencies</li><li>Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure watertight installations</li><li>Coordinate with superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors</li><li>Maintain clean and safe work areas</li><li>Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong style="background-color:rgb( 255 , 255 , 255 );font-size:13px;color:rgb( 89 , 89 , 89 )">***Along with the main duties you will also be expected to carry out any other duties reasonably asked of you.</strong></p><p><br/></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of waterproofing or related construction experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Air and moisture barriers</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Traffic coating systems</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Water repellents</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Fluid-applied and self-adhered waterproofing systems</li><li>Ability to safely operate hand and power tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to lift materials, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needes<br/><br/></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Employer matching contribution retirement plan</li><li>PTO (paid time off)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Health Reimbursement Account</li><li>Gym Membership</li><li>Aflac Supplemental Insurance (various plans)</li><li>The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm (Hours may vary as they are subject to change as needed, but this is the standard day-to-day schedule).</li><li>4 day work weeks.</li></ul><p><strong>About us:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Kaminski Construction is a full service, a family-owned general contracting business based in Eugene, Oregon.
