<strong>Benefits:</strong><br/><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Free uniforms</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Wellness resources</li></ul><br/><strong>Job Summary</strong><br/>The <strong>Member Services Representative </strong>will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.<br/><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong><br/><ul><li>Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Handle all front desk related activities including: <ul><li>Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.</li><li>Check members into the system.</li><li>New member sign-up.</li><li>Take prospective members on tours.</li></ul></li><li>Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.</li><li>Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications/Requirements </strong><br/><ul><li>Customer service background preferred.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency.</li><li>A passion for fitness and health.</li><li>Upbeat and positive attitude!</li><li>Punctuality and reliability is a must.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.</li><li>Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.</li><li>Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.</li><li>High School diploma/GED equivalent required.</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li></ul><strong>Physical Demands </strong><br/><ul><li>Continual standing and walking during shift.</li><li>Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.</li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.</li></ul><br/><p><em>Employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor). Working under the general supervision of the Account Executive Manager, this role ensures that services are delivered in compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.<br/><br/></div><div>An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of long-term care pharmacy operations, provide excellent client support, and build long-lasting relationships with facility staff, while consistently upholding the mission and values of SpecialtyRx.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/></div><ul><li>Schedule and perform regular on-site visits to assigned client facilities.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and service requests from facilities.</li><li>Understand and relate to client needs with empathy and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with pharmacy staff to address client facility issues and provide timely solutions.</li><li>Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts to ensure readiness for surveys.</li><li>Review and maintain appropriate par levels for antibiotics, PO/IV medications, and back-up boxes; ensure no expired medications are present.</li><li>Verify emergency boxes are properly sealed and stocked with non-expired medications.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing at client facilities.</li><li>Manage CUBEX and other Automated Dispensing Systems (ADS), including restocking and troubleshooting as needed.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong><br/></div><ul><li>Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.</li><li>Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with long-term care experience preferred.</li><li>Must be located in Mansfield, OH.</li><li>CUBEX/ADS experience preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or long-term care pharmacy setting preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and focus on detailed information.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>General proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the state of Ohio and occasionally to surrounding areas.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>What We Offer:</strong><br/></div><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).</li><li>Consistent schedules (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available).</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Group Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays.</li><li>401(k) with company match.</li><li>Paid training and registration support.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:</strong></div><div><br/>SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
