Complete and submit required documents in accordance with district policy; Assume appropriate share of the development and updates of department courses and curricula; Develop resources, materials, and strategies, including using multimedia technology (Pierce Online / Canvas) to teach students in a multicultural environment; Devote required time, in accordance to faculty contract, to campus and department responsibilities (committees, accreditation, etc.); Participate in department, campus, and/or district committees; Carry a fair share of departmental duties, including, but not limited to, community outreach, recruitment, program planning, and advisory committees; Assume departmental duties as assigned by the chairperson (e.g., plan and attend advisory meetings, revise course outlines, participate actively on campus committees). Experience in develop courses for specialty programs such as accounting software, certificates, website design, desktop publishing, e-commerce, and with a focus on developing and updating courses that integrate Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) materials when suitable.
