We need strong nurse leaders like you to uphold our high standards!Major Responsibilities:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Lead & Supervise Nursing Staff – Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Staff Development & Training – Assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Direct Resident Care – Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Resident Assessments – Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Treatment Planning & Compliance – Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Recruit & Retain Nursing Talent – Play a key role in the hiring and retention of skilled nursing professionals.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Conflict Resolution & Advocacy – Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Drive Continuous Improvement – Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).</li><li style="line-height:normal"> At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire).</li></ul>Pay and BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Why Join Our TeamGet paid in advance with us: We offer access to your earned but unpaid wages.Build your own schedule: Pick up shifts when and where you want to work.
