THPRD also offers an additional 5% bilingual pay incentive to staff who regularly utilize their bilingual or multilingual skills at work. Job Opening Pay Rate Range: $27.00 - $30.44 hourly The hiring range is based on experience and internal equity. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September. Responsibilities <ul><li>Plan and coordinate activities to meet program objectives, including developing work plans and schedules. </li><li>Develop and implement program curriculum and provide direction to part-time staff. </li><li>Coordinate center activities with other District programs and external agencies, serving as a liaison to program committees, private industry, and the community. </li><li>Foster a program atmosphere that promotes inclusion and ensures a positive experience for participants. </li></ul> Qualifications & Requirements Candidates should have a combination of experience and training equivalent to two years in an aquatic specialty area and completion of twelfth grade, plus additional specialized training equivalent to two years of college. Staff should be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in varying environments. Scheduling The schedule for this position is flexible but must include Thursday through Monday evenings to support aquatic programming and facility supervision. Part-time employees are scheduled variable hours and may work less than 1,560 hours per year. Seasonal employees may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week for a maximum duration of six months. SEASONAL: Seasonal employment is temporary and allows employees to work only during certain times of the year, up to 40 hours per week for a maximum duration of six (6) consecutive months. Effective February 15, 2026, seasonal employees will also be eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO)! Paid Time Off (PTO), will accrue at a rate of one (1) hour earned for every 30 hours worked. This is in addition to Sick leave and may be scheduled by employees for any reason! Effective February 15, 2026 the accrual rate for PTO will increase to one (1) hour earned for every 23 hours worked and will include seasonal employees!</li><li>The ability to accrue paid sick leave at a rate of one (1) hour earned for every 30 hours worked </li><li>Family Medical Leave eligibility for qualified family and medical related reasons </li><li>Paid compassionate leave is available to all part-time employees to grieve the loss of an immediate family member, to make arrangements (if necessary), and to attend memorial services. Responsibilities

+ Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. 

+ Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines. 

+ Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. 

+ Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment. 

+ Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service. 

+ All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent. 

+ Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. 

+ Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. 

+ Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies 

+ Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. 

+ Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. 

+ Must be able to work around cleaning products. 

+ Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily. 

+ Residency within the service area required
