THPRD also offers an additional 5% bilingual pay incentive to staff who regularly utilize their bilingual or multilingual skills at work. Job Opening Pay Rate Range: $27.00 - $30.44 hourly The hiring range is based on experience and internal equity. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September. Responsibilities <ul><li>Plan and coordinate activities to meet program objectives, including developing work plans and schedules. </li><li>Develop and implement program curriculum and provide direction to part-time staff. </li><li>Coordinate center activities with other District programs and external agencies, serving as a liaison to program committees, private industry, and the community. </li><li>Foster a program atmosphere that promotes inclusion and ensures a positive experience for participants. </li></ul> Qualifications & Requirements Candidates should have a combination of experience and training equivalent to two years in an aquatic specialty area and completion of twelfth grade, plus additional specialized training equivalent to two years of college. Staff should be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in varying environments. Scheduling The schedule for this position is flexible but must include Thursday through Monday evenings to support aquatic programming and facility supervision. Part-time employees are scheduled variable hours and may work less than 1,560 hours per year. Seasonal employees may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week for a maximum duration of six months. **Job Description**

+ Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside

+ We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

+ Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent

+ Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business

+ We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds

+ Our property managers should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

+ Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

**Qualifications**
