At our company, you will enjoy nights and weekends off, competitive wages, excellent benefits, and a desirable work-life balance.Work in a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with the finest tools, and thrive in a fun, supportive environment that makes coming to work exciting!What We Offer<ul><li>Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly</li><li>Monday-Friday Schedule - No nights or weekends!<ul><li>Plus - Guaranteed 40 hours a week</li></ul></li><li>2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>12 Paid Holidays Off</li><li>Paid Sick Leave</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Delicious FREE meals while on shift</li><li>Uniforms provided!</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive orders and properly stock, maintain, and organize food storage</li><li>Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand</li><li>Properly and safely load and unload the dishwashing machine</li><li>Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bar</li><li>Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition</li><li>Delime washing machine and handle chemicals, while being HACCP compliant</li><li>Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas</li><li>Transfer or move equipment throughout the kitchen</li><li>Use sanitizer test strips and monitor temperature of all washing liquids</li><li>Sweep and scrub floors</li><li>Occasionally clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving</li><li>Follows safety and sanitation procedures with all guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a full service kitchen a must</li><li>ServSafe Food Handler certification</li><li>The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>The knowledge of using dishwashing equipment</li><li>The determination to work safely</li><li>Must pass SCREENING and BACKGROUND check.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePowered by JazzHR
