Teaching may include a variety of formats: face-to-face, remote, and online. Adjunct faculty are employed to teach up to 9 credit hours in the fall and spring semester and/or up to 6 credit hours during summer session. Teaching load is based on student enrollment and staffing needs. The adjunct faculty contract contains no expectation or guarantee of continued employment.Duties and Tasks<ul><li>Teach specific classes in drawing, 2D art, 3D art, and/or graphic design.</li><li>Develop course syllabi and instructional materials.</li><li>Maintain records, assign grades, and assess student progress.</li><li>Adhere to the policies, procedures, and regulations of Indiana University Kokomo.</li><li>Maintain current competence in the discipline or field of specialization.</li></ul>Essential FunctionsThe ideal candidates for the above position will have prior teaching or training experience and the appropriate expertise. Clinician also willing to treat general orthopedic conditions when schedule allows.The Physical Therapist will practice in the south region at the Stones Crossing location.Exceptional skills and QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is requiredMust have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permitExperience with Pelvic floor conditions for both male and female and outpatient orthopedics.
