Sets up for the event, and is present on-site during event (policing) in case any emergencies arise; such as heat, air conditioning problems, adding chairs or tables, or rearranging them throughout the event, cleans up messes that need immediate attention, checks that there are no lit candles or liquor on the premises, and/or kids playing in the fountain or leaving trash outside, sees that the users respect the facility. Under the supervision or direction of the Technical Theater Coordinator, provides lighting design, sound system coordination, and event set-up for operations and activities of the Electric Theater Center, Community Arts Division and other City-related special events and programs; and performs related duties as required.
