Overview:
The part-time AV Technician of game operations plays a key role in supporting and implementing AV technology, systems, and processes that support the production environment at Angel Of The Winds Arena. In this role, you will provide support for all presentation video, audio, digital media assets, IPTV, and LED display technology during event and non-event times.  This role will pay an hourly rate of $34.00 (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement.  This position will remain open until July 24th, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide audio/visual operational support for all Angel of The Winds Arena events, but specifically for the Everett Silvertips and the WHL; this includes video productions, lighting, and audio.</li><li>Gather, deliver, stage, set, operate, strike, and return all A/V equipment needed to successfully execute events occurring at Angel of The Winds Arena.</li><li>Effectively monitor and troubleshoot all audio and video signal flow from source to destination within Angel Of The Winds Arena</li><li>Provide repairs and preventative maintenance on AV equipment as needed with assistance where appropriate.</li><li>Maintain, clean, and organize all event, service, and storage areas.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>This job is on an event bias.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred, and 1-2 years of related AV experience required.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in team environments.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Creative and proactive problem solver.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be able to properly roll cables.</li><li>Strong work ethic and punctuality.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and select holidays in a seasonal capacity.</li></ul>

Position Summary:
The Concession Stand Manager is responsible for running the operation of the concession stands including the cashiers, cooking and prep areas. The Concession Stand Manager will oversee stands cleanliness/neatness, product quality, customer service, stand safety, food safety, and alcohol service. The Operations Changeover staff assists in converting the Arena, Community Ice Rink, and Conference Center to and from various events. About the Venue:
Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three venue, state-of-the-art multi-purpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA.  This seamless complex offers a NHL regulation ice rink open year-round, diverse arena space that can be used for WHL hockey, basketball, indoor football, trade shows, concerts and more; as well as a full conference center that can host conventions, meetings, weddings, banquets, and more.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in facility operations, maintenance and ice maintenance.</li><li>Assist in event, conversions and operations.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;color:#000000">Event setups, changeovers, custodial tasks, ice maintenance.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;color:#000000">Participate in day to day operations of the Arena, Ice Rink including ice maintenance.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;color:#000000">Coordinate preventative and regular maintenance for all ice related equipment and company vehicles (including truck, fork lifts, etc).</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;color:#000000">Assist the Engineering department with projects as required.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;color:#000000">Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous arena or ice experience preferred, but notrequired.</li><li>Forklift, scissor lift and Zamboni experience preferred, but not required.</li><li>Able to use power tools as well as basic hand tools. </li><li>Able to work flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Able to work and be on feet for long periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, unaided. </li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to perform tasks unsupervised as well as help lead others</li></ul>
