Perform complex diagnostic procedures and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.</div><div>2. Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.</div><div>3. Oversee the scheduling and assignment of repair jobs, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.</div><div>4. Collaborate with the service advisor to provide accurate and detailed repair estimates, including identifying parts and labor requirements.</div><div>5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team and customers.</div><div>6. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology, trends, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.</div><div>7. Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment, tools, and software to efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.</div><div>8. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, utilizing our shop management system.</div><div>9. Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.</div><div>10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</div><div> </div><div>Qualifications:</div><div>1. Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repairs.</div><div>2.
