Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:<ul><li>Support Patients & Providers – Answer calls and emails, process payments, and respond to inquiries</li><li>Resolve Billing Questions – Help patients understand insurance claims, balances, and account details</li><li>Keep Accurate Records – Document all communications and update internal billing systems</li><li>Assist Internal Teams – Distribute mail, follow procedures, and provide departmental support</li><li>Ensure Compliance – Follow HIPAA regulations and internal policies to protect sensitive information</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Top Skills for Success:  Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)Excellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environmentFamiliarity with Windows-based computer systems Preferred:  1+ year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience Experience with medical billing, insurance, or front desk operations Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems Required: High School Diploma or GED Work Environment & Physical Demands:<ul><li>Office setting with extended periods of sitting.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.</li></ul>
