The long-range views are without question the best in the region for your sunrises and morning coffee or sunsets with your other favorite beverages. SugarTop Resort is adjacent to Sugar Ski, the premier winter sports venue in the Southeast, as well as a challenging 18-hole championship Golf Course just minutes away in the Village of Sugar Mountain. The iconic Grandfather Mountain welcomes the sunrise each morning.The Weekend Front Desk Attendant greets and provides excellent customer service to all guests entering the facility. Also provides support and services to the Association Management Staff.The essential duties and responsibilities include<ul><li>Receive and respond to resident phone calls and emails; redirect as appropriate,</li><li>Greet all guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude, assisting them with questions and directing them to the appropriate team members as needed,</li><li>Assist with checking residents in as necessary to use the fitness center and pool.</li><li>Facilitate amenity access by having residents either provide completed documentation or read and sign the appropriate documentation to receive amenity access cards.</li><li>Update new/existing owners' information in the appropriate system daily or as required.</li><li>Sort incoming mail and package deliveries for distribution,</li><li>Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervisors of unusual equipment or operating problems, and the need for additional materials and supplies.</li><li>Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing job duties.</li><li>May be asked to assist with special projects and tasks.</li><li>Other work-related duties as needed</li></ul>DisclaimerThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. The iconic Grandfather Mountain welcomes the sunrise each morningResponsibilities<ul><li>Monitor Access to the Lazy River facilities through wristband verification and remote entry at the gate.</li><li>Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.</li><li>Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or the Wildflower General Manager</li><li>Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.</li><li>Assist with Opening and Closing duties</li><li>Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.</li><li>Keep the Lazy River and the surrounding areas free from debris and trash</li><li>Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Conduct an inspection walk at least every hour at a minimum.</li><li>All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team.</li></ul>DisclaimerThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
