DescriptionThis position is responsible for the business development and growth of Odom products within our key accounts in our territory covering Olympia, Tacoma, and the Peninsula.Salary: $66,000 - $74,000 Depending on Experience + Quarterly Variable Pay (QVP) $3300 - $3700Company Perks & Benefitso Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (16 days)o 9 Paid Holidayso Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefitso 401(k) with Employer matcho Apply today!Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Develop and maintain influential relationships with Key Accounts.</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of all major competitors in the market, to include organization, selling strategies, major products, and competitive vulnerabilities.</li><li>Demonstrate consultative sales abilities through successful presentations of product, promotion of new and existing portfolio items, and the expansion of business.</li><li>Participate in sales meetings and on-site training to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments.</li><li>Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts (i.e. product launches and tastings).</li><li>Research and recommend local marketing opportunities for key accounts.</li><li>Stay current with brand knowledge and training specific to the brands carried by Odom.</li><li>Work with and support the sales team as needed with flexibility and professionalism.</li></ul> Job Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; three to five years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of auto insurance (SR-22 is not acceptable), and own means of reliable transportation.</li><li>Prefer beverage sales and/or merchandising experience, knowledge of local market, customer service skills, and experience in the distribution industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work with very little direct supervision.</li><li>Must have strong negotiation skills.</li></ul> Physical Demands<ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. **Job Description**

+ Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside

+ We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

+ Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent

+ Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business

+ We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds

+ Our property managers should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

+ Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

**Qualifications**

+ **Experience** : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

+ **Transportation** : Our employees are **required** to have a valid driver's license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. (mileage reimbursement available)
