Reporting to the Director of Business & Administration (Student Life), this position is characterized by a high degree of collaboration and coordination in the delivery of professional level HR services to support Student Affairs organizational objectives and strategies, in close partnership with the campus Human Resources Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) team. The Student Affairs Human Resources Business Partner is the primary point of contact for Student Affairs supervisors, managers, and leadership for all HR matters related to an employee's lifecycle: recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, compensation, classification, staff engagement, employee conduct and discipline, terminations and off-boarding.
