As a City Wide Facility Solutions - Gulf Coast Night Manager you will be responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The Night Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; education, industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The Part Time Night Manager must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others in order to best meet clients' needs. This is a Part Time Night Manager position - required working hours are part time 6:00 pm to 2:00 am with potential weekends. Must be able to work these hours exclusively and have a flexible schedule. Requirements Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Must pass a background check and drug screen </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) </li><li>Must reside in the Tallahassee, FL area </li><li>Prompt, regular attendance </li><li>Must have own transportation </li><li>Facility management/ Janitorial background </li><li>High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry </li><li>Solid understanding of basic business math </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment </li><li>Prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations. </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented </li><li>Strong Microsoft Office, internet, and email communication </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence </li><li>Must have an iPhone or iPad </li><li>Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail </li><li>Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement </li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and In-House labor by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems </li><li>Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business </li><li>Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message </li><li>Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement </li><li>Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention </li><li>Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use </li><li>Other duties as necessary </li></ul>Physical Demands: <ul><li>The physical demands are representative of the requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift 50 pounds. </li></ul>Environment:<ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat. Safety requirements for this position include safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots. </li></ul>

Position Summary:
The Concession Runner is responsible for performing the following F&B warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, clean-up, and transfers. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. About the Venue:
The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center features a 12,500-seat arena, 34 luxury suites, 476 club seats, over 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space and an arena view restaurant, the Spotlight Grille. The arena is home to Florida State Men’s and Women’s basketball and is known for its electric atmosphere and fierce home court advantage. Not only a music and sports venue, the arena also is frequently used for trade shows, large catered functions, receptions, religious services, and classes. 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for assisting with receiving and distribution control for F&B in the venue.</li><li>Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.</li><li>Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to delivering product to stands during events, post-event clean-up and break-down, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each stand for each event; rotate products FIFO and maintain integrity of products.</li><li>Ensure proper transfer process of products between locations, including follow-up documentation.</li><li>Responsible for concession and other F&B equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting.</li><li>Conduct walk-through of the warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.</li><li>Ability to make sound business/operations decisions (i.e. regarding product or equipment challenges during an event) quickly and under pressure.</li><li>Ability to speak, read, and write in English.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.</li><li>Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concession locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures.</li><li>Possess valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification and Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain said certifications.</li><li>Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to OVG and venue concession operations.</li><li>Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.</li><li>Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Hospitality experience or similar venue experience a plus.</li><li>Food/Alcohol service certification preferred.</li></ul>Physical Dimensions:<ul><li>Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.  </li><li>Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.  </li><li>The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.  </li><li>The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision, and close vision.</li></ul>Working Conditions & Hazards<ul><li>Exposed to weather and non-weather-related cold temperatures.</li><li>In areas with low levels of CO exposure.</li><li>Wet and slippery floors.</li><li>Extreme hot surfaces.</li><li>Pinch points and tight working spaces throughout building.</li><li>Exposed to high noise levels.</li></ul>
