Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:<ul><li>Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting access control activities at the location.</li><li>Monitor entry and exit points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, help to deter unauthorized access, and maintain required logs, records, and/or reports related to security-related activity.</li><li>Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.</li><li>Support traffic flow at gates, docks, and/or designated access areas by checking identification, directing arrivals, and documenting visitor, carrier, and/or shipment information according to post procedures.</li><li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to access points, loading and unloading areas, and other key locations where working conditions may vary by site.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>A guard card/license is preferred.</li><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.</li><li>Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.</li><li>Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.</li><li>Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.</li></ul> Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
