Continues to develop advanced field operations skills; possesses computer skills, good visual and hearing skills, follows procedures; good organizational skills; working in weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, etc.); works with safety in mind, must be flexible with work hours and willingness to travel up to 100% during the week days and occasional weekend travel and/or work, able to do physically demanding work; ability to lift and carry between 25 and 50 lbs. Four (4) years of highway or bridge construction, non-highway or bridge inspection, or highway or bridge design experience and non-inspection personnel must successfully complete the twelve (12) web- based TCI training modules can substitute for other required experience.
