Monitor contractor activities and construction operations in the field Observe and document daily work progress, delays, deficiencies, and project conditions Prepare detailed daily inspection reports and field documentation Verify work is performed in accordance with project requirements, plans, and specifications Document personnel onsite, work activities performed, and project status Identify non-conforming work and track corrective actions Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives Maintain accurate inspection logs, records, and photographic documentation Support quality assurance and quality control efforts throughout construction activities Work safely in active construction and operational environments The inspector will not direct the contractors means and methods, authorize changes, approve payments, accept completed work, or stop work unless specifically authorized by the client.
