Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  customer experience, hiring and managing subcontractors and managing the budgets for the construction projects. Project Manager develops work schedules and ensure that the schedule runs on time and on budget. They also assist customers with selections.      Key Skills <ul><li>Excellent customer service and management skills </li><li>Organized and detail oriented </li><li>Excellent computer skills </li><li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills </li></ul>Responsibilities Project Planning <ul><li>Once provided with Pre-Start from the Building Inspector, review the schedule, budget, photos, work orders, customer expectations form, and estimate </li><li>Once the critical selections are received, set a schedule, inform the homeowner of the schedule and draw schedule/meeting checkpoints </li></ul>On Site Management <ul><li>Be present on the day the project starts to introduce the subcontractors  </li><li>Walk through work orders with subcontractors and customer  </li><li>Complete an estimate accuracy assessment </li><li>Visit project site as needed to ensure cleanliness and quality of work </li><li>Keep the customer informed on status per their preferences  </li></ul>Project Completion <ul><li>Upload progress photos throughout the project </li><li>Ensure draw schedule is followed and that payments are requested and received on time </li><li>Upon project completion, perform a final walkthrough with customer  </li><li>Collect any final paperwork and checks, and inform team of project completion </li></ul>Qualifications 
 <ul><li>5+ years of construction project management experience </li></ul>Working Conditions / Physical Requirements 
 <ul><li>Hours Worked – M-F, 8am–5pm (Occasional – After Hours Work, On-Call Rotation, Evenings & Weekends)  </li></ul>
