They keep a complete and accurate record of customer contacts, transactions, and files and strive to ensure that the floor and lot are properly maintained and convey a professional appearance. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organizationWhat will you be responsible for?<div>Customer Service</div><ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.</li><li>Assist customers with locating online applications.</li><li>Facilitate communication between customers and warranty companies or repair shops.</li><li>Greet all customers upon arrival, following the established greeting script.</li><li>Guide customers to the appropriate department or personnel.</li><li>Assist customers with loan and sales processes:<ul><li>Complete credit applications and gather required documentation.</li><li>Help customers select vehicles that align with lender approvals.</li><li>Present sales proposals clearly and professionally.</li><li>Guide customers through closing processes, including video instructions and payment options.</li><li>Prepare vehicles for delivery, including washing, removing stickers, and applying temporary tags.</li><li>Follow scheduled procedures for post-sale customer follow-up.</li></ul></li></ul><div>Showroom and Sale Lot Presentation</div><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of the sales lot, keeping it free of debris.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are organized and presentable.</li><li>Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal from vehicles and walkways, and applying salt as needed.</li><li>Update government compliance stickers and forms as needed.</li><li>Set up and remove marketing props and materials at the start and end of the day.</li><li>Keep desks, chairs, and counters clean and disinfected.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of guest areas throughout the day.</li></ul><div>Vehicle Transportation<ul><li>Transport vehicles to and from auto auctions or between locations, including Cheyenne and Greeley.</li><li>Handle transportation to and from repair shops as needed.</li><li>Assist with other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><h1>Do you have the necessary education and experience?</h1><ul><li>High school degree or equivalent required, associates or bachelors in business or related field is preferred.</li><li>1 plus years of previous sales or customer service experience is required.</li><li>1-3 years previous automotive sales experience preferred.</li></ul>What are the total Rewards?<ul><li>CULTURE!!!</li><li> Hourly, Non-Exempt: $14.81 - $17.24 DOE</li><li>Company owned Early Childhood Education Center with deeply discounted rates, profit sharing, and 401(k), pet insurance and sick time.</li><li>Competitive vacation time, health, dental, vision, paid holidays, and employer-paid life insurance for FT positions.</li></ul><div>PM21</div>Powered by JazzHR Compensation details: 14.81-17 Hourly Wage PI20c7600dbd60-31181-37199925
