Work products and documents related to supporting a program of projects, including laboratory, clinical, office, and leased facilities as well as infrastructure projects; coordinate space, telecommunications, safety, security, transportation, parking, IT, timelines, etc. for relocation of research and administrative staff, renovation of facilities, installation of utility systems for specialized equipment or functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Support NIH construction projects, including laboratory, clinical, office, and leased facilities as well as infrastructure projects; work with ICs, building owners, architects and subcontractors to develop communication and collaboration; the incumbent will not take action based on evaluations of contract performance, nor accept/reject other contractors' products or services.
