Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support our Community Transition Team in the Eau Claire area. Due to contractual requirements, only male applicants are eligible for this position. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in criminal justice, human services, or community-based support work.Primary Responsibilities
• Administer and observe urinalysis, breathalyzer tests, oral fluid swabs, and sweat patch testing
• Provide services aligned with each client's service plan
• Participate in recovery teams and provide feedback on client progress
• Assist with medication monitoring (non-prescriber tasks such as delivery, education, and compliance support)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with LSS, regulatory, and payer standards
• Collaborate with clients, service teams, and supervisors to determine effective interventions

• Attend client meetings, staff development sessions, and clinical supervision
• Testify in legal proceedings when required
