Solid experience in all stages of design approval, including selection of the proper design method, design proofing, customer sign-off of designs, etc. Familiarity with multiple methods of decoration, including embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, silk screening, engraving, deboss, emboss, 4-color process, and direct-to-garment.
