What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives</li><li>Convert product benefits to sales - fully understand the features and benefits of Snapdragon products, including hardware and accessories.</li><li>Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations</li><li>Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel </li><li>Engage, educate retail sales associates, and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation</li><li>Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to merchandising, maintaining our interactive displays, and verifying in-store promotional and marketing material </li><li>Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as inform the team of competitive insights </li><li>Periodically coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events</li><li>Display a professional demeanor while representing Snapdragon and Channel Partners</li><li>Complete and maintain mandatory certification for our partners' Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure authorized transaction capabilities</li><li>Utilize our partners' Point of Sale system to independently process and finalize consumer transactions and service activations</li><li>Manage and achieve specific revenue targets and sales KPIs through diligent use of the assigned POS platform</li></ul>

Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is also vital for success in this role.  You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores. </li><li>Holiday support: Hallmark's operations revolve around seasonal demand. Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the work week. On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend.</li><li>Department Resets: At times, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.
