FTE: 0.5, Shift: Day, Part Time, 20 hours weekly, 2/10's, Rotating schedule: Friday - Saturday & Sunday - Monday Position SummaryThe Imaging Services Representative is an incredible opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for the receiving of patients into imaging, coordination, and/or facilitation of patients through their imaging experience. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and work with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greets and assists patients, families, and healthcare providers in person and over the phone handling sensitive information with discretion and adherence with confidentiality standards.</li><li>Confirms and or updates imaging appointments and provides information regarding imaging procedures to ensure optimal utilization of imaging resources. Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.51 - $28.08 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
