Under the direction of the SELPA Director, provide instruction, assessment and program planning for moderately to severely handicapped preschool special education students; monitor and evaluate student progress, work cooperatively with specialist, parents and agency representatives in providing for the educational and personal needs of the students and their families, obtain and provide instructional materials for special education services; serve as an informational resource for students, parents, and school district personnel. We also offer adult education services, and a variety of special education services as the Responsible Local Agency ("RLA") for the Special Education Local Plan Area ("SELPA"); including, five special education preschool programs and a program for transition-aged young adults (ages 18-22).
