Overview:
The Changeover Attendant assists in event setup activities and operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.  This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 to $11.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  This position will remain open until July 17, 2026.

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience) </li><li>Prior customer service experience is preferred   </li><li>Able to move heavy objects of at least 50 pounds or more </li><li>Access to reliable transportation  </li><li>Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays dependent on events schedule  </li><li>Stand and walk for four to six hours at a time  </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team  </li><li>Can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing  </li><li>Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>

Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Staff is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering and concessions service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention.   This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until July 24, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow instructions for each event as given by the Director of F&B.</li><li>Service guests in a professional manner consistent with established standards and guidelines.</li><li>Work consists of both catering and concession operations, including alcohol.  </li><li>Handle cash register sales and reconciliation forms. </li><li>Adhere to organizational and sanitation guidelines established by the F&B director & corporate. </li><li>Check the guest's IDs to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. </li><li>Recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals. </li><li>Complete opening and closing daily checklists. </li><li>Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event. </li><li>Assist with preparing and opening and closing concession stands. </li><li>Assist with preparation and setup of the event room when necessary.</li><li>Attend pre-function meeting for briefing of event details. </li><li>Provide friendly and courteous customer service at all times. </li><li>Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned according to each event. </li><li>Breakdown tables and banquet equipment after each event. </li><li>Clean and return serving pieces to the proper storage area. </li><li>Adhere to strict grooming standards and policies of the company. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience).</li><li>Prior customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.  </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  </li><li>Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  </li><li>Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Cash handling ability to provide change accurately.  </li><li>Ability to input data into a computer to record sales transactions.  </li><li>Basic computer skills in typing and data entry with Microsoft Office products and internet platforms. </li></ul>

Position Summary:
The In-SeatServer will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. The In-Seat server is responsible for serving guests in an assigned area with in-seat service. The employee is responsible to oversee their assigned event location(s) during events. This may include taking individual orders, retrieving food items from concession stands and serving customers, or keeping items stocked on buffets. Employees must provide excellent guest service and maintain excellent attendance. Availability to work an event schedule based on the GreenJackets season.  Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role will pay an hourly rate of $9.00-$11.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

SRP Park in South Carolina, home of the GreenJackets, is the center of North Augusta’s thriving downtown scene. Surrounded by shops and a gorgeous view of the river, it’s no wonder SRP Park was voted the best minor league ballpark in 2018. But SRP Park is more than just a place to see the GreenJackets play, it’s also the perfect place to host events, concerts, and office parties!

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintains knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered.</li><li>Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to banquet guests and is able to communicate clearly with all customers. </li><li>Ensures that food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer.</li><li>Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.</li><li>Pre-buses tables and full buses tables when necessary during peak periods.</li><li>Maintains availability to work during many peak periods.</li><li>Stocks beverage station(s) when necessary (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc).</li><li>Maintains high responsiveness to customer desires and requests.</li><li>Maintains a professional and clean appearance.</li><li>Communicates with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff in order to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience.</li><li>Builds and maintains knowledge regarding bar offerings so that patron questions may be accurately answered</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred</li><li>Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.</li><li>Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, and other required compliance trainings. </li><li>Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.</li><li>All alcohol servers must provide proof of completion of state-approved alcohol server training and valid alcohol server certification upon hire, or complete such training from an approved provider within 30 days of employment.</li></ul>
