Qualifications:

This role is part storyteller, part strategist, and part digital journalist — connecting fans to the station's shows, hosts, and community through smart, engaging, and timely digital work.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:<ul><li>Create and publish digital content including short-form video, audio clips, social posts, graphics, and written content that extend the reach of daily programming.</li><li>Capture real-time content in the field , including interviews, fan reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments at games, events, and community activations.</li><li>Identify compelling moments from shows and convert them into shareable digital content .</li><li>Produce and edit video clips, podcast segments, and digital-first features for social and on-demand platforms.</li><li>Write and edit headlines, captions, and social copy optimized for engagement and discoverability.</li><li>Monitor digital analytics and performance metrics to evaluate audience growth and content performance.</li><li>Collaborate with hosts, producers, and programming leadership to identify daily and long-term digital storytelling opportunities .</li><li>React quickly to breaking sports news and activate digital coverage across platforms.</li><li>Set-up, live production, breakdown.</li></ul>QualificationsMore About You:Required & Preferred:<ul><li>1-2 years' experience supporting small to medium size productions.</li><li>Detail oriented and eager to take on a challenge.</li><li>A passion for radio and video content.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategy .</li><li>Experience shooting and/or editing video.</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging headlines and social copy.</li><li>Knowledge and passion for sports and sports culture .</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment , including nights and weekends when necessary.</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera for digital content or contributing to on-air segments .</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with on-air talent and production teams.A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.</li></ul>Important Notes:Please be aware that Audacy will never ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process. **Job Description**

+ Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside

+ We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

+ Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent

+ Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business

+ We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds

+ Our property managers should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

+ Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

**Qualifications**

+ **Experience** : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

+ **Transportation** : Our employees are **required** to have a valid driver's license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. (mileage reimbursement available)
