The supervisor supports a fast-paced short-stay model by coordinating staffing, managing client flow, ensuring documentation and policy compliance, responding to incidents, and providing real-time coaching and direction to staff. The Nights & Weekends Supervisor provides on-site supervision and operational leadership for a 24/7, 23-hour Crisis Stabilization Center during nights, weekends, and other off-hours.
