<h2>Role Overview</h2><p><strong>Sodexo </strong>is seeking our <strong>Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2</strong> for our client partners at the <strong>University of Louisiana Lafayette.</strong> Our successful candidate will lead our team of custodial professionals during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible, occasional nights and weekends. Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. This manager will be proactive in understanding full environmental service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile special events on campus.
