We are looking for a Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our amazing team! Schedule: Full-Time Responsibilities: <ul><li>Cleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas </li><li>Performs all housekeeping duties including: </li><li><ul><li>distributing laundered articles and linens </li><li>replacing and hanging draperies </li><li>changing beds </li><li>cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed </li><li>sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies </li><li>dusting furniture and equipment </li><li>polishing metalwork </li><li>washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills </li></ul></li><li>Performs all laundry duties including: washing, drying and ironing resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliances, folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately, distributing laundered articles and linens, replacing and hanging draperies and changing beds </li><li>Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularly </li><li>Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested </li><li>Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition </li><li>Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies </li><li>Stocks cleaning cart with supplies </li><li>Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area </li><li>Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean </li><li>Completes maintenance work orders for any maintenance repairs needed </li><li>Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly </li><li>Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor </li><li>May perform other duties as assigned </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction</li><li>Arrives to work on time</li><li>Absence and tardiness are minimal</li><li>Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code</li><li>Observes safety and security procedures</li><li>Uses equipment and materials properly</li><li>Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and Holidays.</li></ul> Benefits We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years. Our culinary and service program is approachable, fresh, and execution-driven, featuring coastal starters, elevated comfort favorites, and high-quality entrées such as bourbon-glazed salmon, seared ahi tuna, rotating chef's signature features, and fresh catch offerings. The atmosphere is casually awesome - a resort-inspired outdoor environment with a large bar, waterfront views, and an emphasis on consistency, hospitality, and teamwork. Job Overview: As Food Runner, you'll be responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant . They help wait staff maintain a clean environment for restaurant patrons throughout the dining experience. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner. Your Responsibilities: <ul><li> Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately </li><li> Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff </li><li> Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies) </li><li> Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins </li><li> Serve welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres, upon guests' arrival </li><li> Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature) </li><li> Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed </li><li> Remove dirty dishes and utensils </li><li> Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items </li><li> Inform restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check) </li></ul> Skills & Qualifications: <ul><li> Experience as a food expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant </li><li> Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules </li><li> Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours </li><li> Availability to work various shifts, including weekends </li><li> Multi-tasking abilities </li><li> Good oral communication skills </li><li> Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment </li></ul> Physical Requirements: <ul><li> Ability to lift up to 30lbs following appropriate safety procedures. </li><li> Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. </li><li> Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. </li><li> Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.). </li></ul> Schedule: Hours will vary based on the needs of the community What We Offer: As a part-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for supplemental benefits.
