Oversight of compliance w/facility permits including, but not limited to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ): TCEQ water permits, TCEQ wastewater permit, RCRA permit, UIC permits, and USEPA authorizations: Prepares permit applications and/or amends existing permits to allow for improvements at the Green Lake Plant and Port, or as regulations require. Develops, implements and maintains the environmental sampling, analytical, and reporting system for compliance with the following Green Lake (and associated facilities) EPA and TCEQ environmental permits and provides instruction to Operations, Maintenance and Laboratory groups to implement these systems.
