Coordinate the development of engaging, practical learning journeys and experiences, that drive knowledge acquisition, skill development, behavior change, and performance improvement, leveraging approaches such as e-learning, micro-learning, scenarios, case studies, job aids, experiential learning, and other learning and performance support resources, optimized for global and low-bandwidth contexts. This role manages PW's curriculum for Access to Knowledge, turning organizational knowledge, partnership frameworks, and staff expertise into clear, practical, and dignifying learning experiences delivered through instructor-led, blended, and self-paced formats.
