Under supervision, assist with maintenance of multiple mechanical areas including components within the HVAC system, plumbing installation/maintenance, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Inspect buildings, lighting systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, and identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
