They are responsible for safely and effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining operations and production equipment at a pace that meets production demands. All Maintenance positions support operations and production.</a> Responsibilities<ul><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and welders to perform preventative maintenance and moderately complex repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.</li><li>Ensure all repairs are documented in the CMM's.</li><li>Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out/tag out program and hearing and eye protection policies.</li><li>Assist with the installation of new equipment and participate in reviewing safety prior to it going live.</li><li>Assist the machine operators with training and moderately complex troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.</li></ul> Required Experience <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Work Experience: 2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience </li><li>Computer Skills: PLC’s, CMM's, Microsoft Office   </li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Concrete - Experience pouring and finishing concrete</li><li>Basic Fabrication - Ability to weld or experience with basic metal fabrication</li><li>Overhead Doors - Experience diagnosing/resolving issues with overhead doors </li><li>Rigging - Experience rigging and moving equipment with a boom</li><li>Multimeter - Experience with a meter or other electrical test equipment</li><li>Repair - Education/Experience with machine operation and repair </li><li>Mechanical - Experience with servicing pneumatic compressors</li><li>Conveyors - Experience servicing overhead conveyor systems</li><li>Coating - Experience servicing coating or blasting systems</li><li>Programmable Logic Control - Education/Experience servicing programmable logic systems</li></ul> Work Authorization/Security Clearance:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Why We are Different:At Lippert, Everyone Matters.
