Performing minor repairs to the facilitys plumbing, changing light bulbs, repairing doors, windows, carpet repair, roof repair, carpentry, painting, pressure washing buildings and sidewalks, fixing furniture, serving as backup for Parking lot upkeep, and landscaping. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting and carrying heavy materials; prolonged standing and sitting; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling; and safely operating tools, machinery, and equipment associated with the position.
