This includes but is not limited to: troubleshooting equipment in the areas of Heating and Cooling, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and Building Automation as well as meeting with vendors, requisitioning parts and materials, cleaning, oil, grease, change belts, filters, coordinating/performing/project managing installation of repairs or replacements, testing systems, and any task associated with keeping college operating systems in working condition. Assist inspectors and maintain safety and building inspections records of weekly/monthly and annual reports to include vehicles, boilers, pressure vessels, AED's, eyewash stations, exit light, fire alarm, emergency lights, elevators, backflow prevention devices, generator, pump station, man lifts, and utilities.
