They will be responding to tenant service requests, work orders, general building maintenance repairs, internal & external repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems, interior finishes, roofing, grounds keeping, landscaping, and equipment. Facilities Maintenance Technicians perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep our facilities in optimal condition and ensure our tenants have a safe, comfortable, and productive space.
