Partners with operations, health and shelter leadership, and the Safety/Emergency Preparedness Committee to maintain emergency response plans for power outages, severe weather, utility interruptions, infectious disease concerns, facility incidents, resident emergencies, and other disruptions; schedules and leads emergency drills; serves on BERT (Building Emergency Response Team). Maximizes the agency's use of MaintainX as the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to create, assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders; manage preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, checklists, asset records, documentation, and reporting; promotes timely follow-up, data quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all sites.
