The successful candidate must be able to perform the physical activities associated with commercial HVAC and facilities work, including climbing ladders and stairs; bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting; accessing mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other equipment locations; working indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions; and safely lifting and moving equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time personally inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and improving HVAC and related mechanical systems throughout the Texas College campus while simultaneously providing leadership and accountability for the College's overall facilities operation.
