Leverages Facilities Best Practices, provides hospital administration with accurate and up to date facilities assessment information for code compliance, capital infrastructure upgrades, oversight of compliance with all regulatory agencies including Life Safety Code compliance, develops annual strategic initiatives for system facilities leadership and staff, develops departmental budgets, and serves as a consultant to facilities leadership and others regarding Facility Operation programs that include environment of care, water management plan, asset management program, and facility policies. The director of Facilities partners with the Facilities and Support Services senior leadership team and internal/external partners to support a high reliable, customer first organizational structure that provides for a cost-effective model which meets the organizations financial established metrics and provides for a safe and branded environment for our patients, visitors and staff.
